About
About Galvor
Galvor is a creative marketing intelligence platform for direct-to-consumer performance teams. It reads a brand's ads before they go live. It decodes what has worked for the brand before, scores a new cut or script against those winners and says why, and shows what to scale next.

What Galvor does
Galvor decodes ad creative into 50+ attributes, prices each attribute against cost per order (CPO) and customer acquisition cost (CAC), keeps what worked in a per-brand Brand Memory, and generates the next ad from the winning formula.
Galvor is built on Google Cloud and Gemini, as the first issue of the newsletter explains. It does seven things.
Decode
Tags 50+ attributes per ad (hook, cast, pacing, product placement, setting, CTA) on a brand's own creative and its competitors', across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Brand Memory
One workspace per brand, keeping creatives, briefs, feedback and decoded ads connected. Never pooled across brands.
Actions
Ranks where to put the next dollar and where to stop, ordered by money at stake.
Scripts
Timecoded shooting scripts (hook, body, proof, CTA) built from what held.
Generate
Finished on-brand ads in image, GIF and video.
Ask Galvor
Plain-English questions answered from the brand's own evidence.

What we publish
Galvor publishes research, benchmarks, an ad gallery and a newsletter. The research is independent and comes from public advertising. A brand appearing in it does not mean it is a Galvor client or has worked with us.
The site carries 11 research posts, 6 benchmarks, 1 ad gallery and 1 newsletter issue.
How the research is made is on the methodology page. How Galvor handles a brand's data is on the security page.
The benchmarks draw on 41 brands decoded from the public Meta Ad Library. In the 35 reads where every advertiser is matched to its own figures, 13,842 distinct creatives have been decoded in total, after deduplication within each pull.
